The heart and the sentiment are from the WMS sets, Celtic Heritage and Irish Blessings. On the black I stamped in Versamark and then rubbed white chalk over it. You can barely see it in the picture, but IRL you can see the square design and the rope border that runs horizontally across the black back ground paper. The red circle is glossy paper and an embossing resist technique that I brayered over in Riding Hood Red and then ran through the CB with an ef. Took a q-tip pounced it in Black Soot distressing ink and sort of colored the raised areas. The heart with scallop circle is cut and punched from shimmery white paper from a LSS. The ribbon was hit a few times with the Black Soot q-tip, too!

Very lovely indeed... that heart stamp is a fav of mine. I can just about see the chalk design and it works very well... cameras don't always co-operate LOL!!!
