Fabric doohickey

for may caught my attention just about 8:30 pm.
Less than one hour ago I was searching through my brain for an idea.
Forget the brain....get the fabric.....
the challenge was to make a card using fabric and this was a piece left over from the fabric card for the VSN April 29th and posted here.
check out the fabric doohickey------
The base is Summer Sun---I ran a brayer over the SS and then chalked it.
Oh, sorry...the brayer was wrapped with a rubber band. Saw this technique on Stamp TV not too long ago.
The brayer was 'versamarked' then 'ran' it over the SS cs and then chalked it with daubers and SU pastels.
Scraped at the turquoise scraps with an emery board, punched one glued two!!!
The fabric rectangle was gathered up with my ten wee fingers, tied with a button and DMC floss and attached with a home made glue dot. The sentiment is Verve's Blessings on a label 18.
Thanks for coming by!
PHWEW...that was fast.
