Beehive yourself

I just love this digital image from Daisy Doodles! I think bees are one of the most interesting insects and believe it or not bumblebees are not known for their honey. It's the honey bee that makes the honey...well that sounds about right. Want to know more about what I found out on bees and the difference? click on talking hearts under my header. Meanwhile back to my card. If you look real close or enlarge the image you can see the stickles on the honeybees wings. Used my Nesties to cut out the image.

More scraps of paper and the card base was already cut out, folded and sitting on my desk, so it was natural to use the dark blue with the yellow, my high school colors from Notre Dame Academy.
Thanks for coming by!

Love dark blue and yellow. I love bee stamps (not real bees, though), but I've never seen this sentiment with them, it is fabulous. I'll have to remember it for future use.
