I have a wonderful Mother figure in Maine. She just lost her darling husband weeks ago and I thought that a Mother’s Day card just might cheer her up a bit!!
This is my Verve’s Viva la Verve sketch for week four. Shannon created this great sketch and even a tutorial for creating the starbursts.
The Kraft Journal is, also, having a challenge ---“MAY DAY”. You just need to use kraft paper or elements from the Kraft Outlet.

PAPER: various patterned papers, white, Pretty in Pink and of course, KRAFT
INK: Wild Wasabi for the sentiment and Shabby Shutters for the sponging
TOOLS: Cuttlebug for the Cut Above Die- Vintage Oval and the very small embossing folder from Sizzix, MS punch
INCIDENTALS: Sewing machine, double sided ribbon, brad, twine
