Skating Penguin

This is one of the easiest cards ever!
I already had a piece of chip board with a big circle cut out of it to use with the embossing folder - Snowflake!
The hole leaves the circle plain..no embossing!
Acts like a frame for the image.
Yes, there was some fussy cutting of that adorable penguin to pop her up!
I stamped her and colored her twice!
A little bit of sponging on the snowflakes and a bit around the edges!
The skating Penguin was free from Delightful Inspiration!
Double Delight's challenge was to use snowflakes, one or many!

I have never done the plain in the center embossing before- LOVE the way it looks and perfect frame for your image- which is darling popped up! TFS
