Here is the sketch for week three:
And here's my card.
'Some people make the world special by being in it' - A sentiment from the Verve set, "Feel the Sun".
The flourish is from a SU set, 'Baroque Motifs'.
I used two papers, gold shimmer and black, two Verve ss, "Feel the Sun' and 'Bountiful Backgrounds', and two embossing powders gold detail and black. Masked the flourish to later add the bg stamp horizontally on the black vertical strip.
For week four here's that sketch:
And last but not least the week four card:
The basic sketch is there, I just added some flowers. Well, more than some!!!
Papers - four - Soft Sky, Confetti Cream, Natural Ivory, and Apricot Appeal.
Stamp set from Verve - Feel the Sun
From SU - Embrace Life, Friends 24-7, and Flower Trio
Ribbon is from MStewart.
All the flowers were cut out and or punched and adhered, the largest one with pop dots in two layers.
Thanks for coming by!

That first card is so elegant! Love the flourishes! and the second is sweet! Pretty colors and gentle image. Lovely!
Thanks so much for playing along with the challenges at Stamping Vacation! This earns you an entry to the Sept 1st drawing for a $25.00 gift certificate!
Lovely cards- you make one pretty card after another!!!
This is beautiful Joanne, I love the soft colours :)
You were asking about my cards - they are mostly 5" x 5" but the one you said looks squarer is larger at 6" x 6" so perhaps that is why it looked different lol.
Have a great week!

Congrats on getting all the Verve sketches done. Some day I hope to aspire to doing that. I love your cards. The first one is so elegant. I love the second one. That bird is wonderful.
Such elegance on the first!!! How many times have you played along? It is one of those things that I just found time to do this month. I think August was just the month of Verve for me. Between the release challenges and Blog Hop, I was using Verve so much that I was able to sneak VLV in too. I am so excited to have won :>) Thanks for the sweet comments!!!
