This card would have been done in a jiffy if it hadn't been for so many interruptions. Very welcome interruptions, thank you, but interruptions none the less. Lily needed attention, DUH, phone calls, DH needing something that, of course, was right under his nose. I was pulling paper for a challenge over at SCS and I only had one sheet remaining of Handsome Hunter, so I pulled the three colors and placed them on my desk--got interrupted about six times. Came back to my desk and was not crazy about one, the color combo, and two, about using the last sheet of HH. sitting right next to the cc was a piece of Really Rust and that looked a little more exciting and fun. So here's my color combo of C Celery, Really Rust, and Taken with Teal with some neutral scraps that were in my piece file. A couple more interruptions and I was back at the computer looking for an invoice for DH which led me to SCS again and a sketch challenge. well, before you say anything-I know it barely resembles the challenge. this is the first time that I looked at the challenge since earlier today. I drew the challenge in my notebook and took it to my studio to create the card and I swear the card I made looked like my sketch not the actual sketch from SCS. So it is safe to assume that my finished product is my interpretation of the SCS sketch and that's truly all that matters. I like the card. I have plans for who, what, and when.
Interruptions, sometimes, are a good thing!

I think this card is great! Isn't amazing that we still have any creative mojo left after all the interuptions?

Sorry for chuckling at your dilemma, but I found it ironic that there was no time to create a card on time. ;D too funny!
Thanks for playing along with us this week at SSCC.
