Celebrate

Every once in a while i need to make a rather flat card for mailing purposes. This card is one of those times. It was being mailed to the UK to a blogging sister, Louise. If you'd like to take a look at her blog she's over on the sidebar under Lulu and card making. Does this card look familiar? It has a fraternal twin that was made for a challenge a while back. The circles are one inch punches adhered to white cs. the stamp set is SU, an old set of mine called Tag Time. The card would not stay closed for the pic so the candle is there doing the job. next day, I bought the easel card holder and that does wonders for holding the cards shut when needed.
